Throws - AJC

Daniel Zimmerman knows his interior design clients love the classic look of linen. But many are hesitant to use the material because it can be difficult to care for.

So the Atlanta interior designer created a washing process to make raw linen more durable and totally touchable in his collection of linen throws and bedding.

The designer & background: Zimmerman graduated from Ole Miss with degrees in banking and finance but also studied studio art. Then earned his MBA there. He moved to south Florida for his first design job. In 2013, Zimmerman he moved to Atlanta. He is an interior designer at Musso Design Group. Last year, he launched Market Linens.

What’s popular: Grey extra-large linen throw ($74.99) and ivory extra-large linen throw ($74.99). Both are pictured below.

Other favorites: Custom-sized linen coverlets ($250 and up).

What’s next: Made-to-order linen drapery panels and roman shades.

Where to buy: www.etsy.com/shop/MarketLinen. For more information, contact Zimmerman at design@marketlinen.com
