ARTLANTA! More Than 10 Arts Districts Just “Intown”

This blog breaks out all the arts districts in the Atlanta area. Time to go exploring.

Ever wonder how many Arts Districts are in Atlanta?  Well, they may as well call it ARTLANTA, because there are no less than 10 arts districts– ITP, that is, inside the perimeter.

The two hottest newer arts districts in Atlanta are the Westside Arts District and Castleberry Hill.  Of course, the original arts districts are Buckhead and Midtown. Add to these, Bennett Street, Little Five Points/Candler Park/Virginia Highland/Kirkwood, Cabbagetown/East Atlanta, Downtown/Fairlie Poplar, ADAC and Miami Circle Design Districts.  And, Atlanta’s newest Arts District– the Old 4th Ward. 

No matter what your taste is– down low minimalism or high brow eroticism, every kind of great art is available in Atlanta!

The Westside Arts District may be the hottest right now.  Centered around industrial-fabulous Westside Provisions with high design galleries, shops, and top foodie restaurants near 14th St and Howell Mill.
